Information provided in an inquiry
We receive the information you provide, such as your name, work email, organization, workflow challenge, current systems, and message. Information you share by phone, email, or WhatsApp also forms part of the inquiry. Describe the business task in your initial message without including sensitive records.
How inquiry information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, understand the requested work, prepare service discussions, and maintain relevant business and security records. We do not sell inquiry information. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize the use of confidential production records in an AI pilot.
Website and form providers
The website is hosted through Netlify, and its inquiry form is provided through Fillout. Form context may include the referring page, selected call to action, and campaign parameters when present. Those values help identify how an inquiry reached us. Opening the form or another external contact channel also involves that provider’s service and privacy practices.

Do not send passwords, private keys, patient records, regulated production data, or confidential customer files through public inquiry channels. Sensitive materials require an agreed scope and exchange process. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or retention of inquiry information, email marco@velociti.me with enough context to identify your request, without including unnecessary sensitive details.
